2011 Conference Package at the Tulbagh Hotel
We are pleased to offer a comprehensive conference package, for small to medium size groups, which can be adapted to meet your individual requirements. The Hotel benefits from a central location close to all local amenities. In house facilities include a swimming pool, a comforatable lounge bar and bistro and complimentary wireless internet.

Full and Half Day Conference Packages
Include:
• Welcome Tea / Coffee and Juice on arrival
• Venue Hire
• Room set up with mints, still mineral water, notepads and pens
• Midmorning and / or Afternoon breaks consist of Tea and Coffee served with refreshments
• 2 Course Business Lunch served in our courtyard, by the pool, by a large open fireplace or on the terrace (full day package)
• Choice of buffet breakfast or 2 course lunch (half day package)
• Standard Equipment - TV Monitor, DVD Player, an Overhead Projector & Screen and a Flipchart
• Any conference equipment other than the Standard Items listed above can be hired in at an additional cost

Additional activities such as wine and olive tastings at one of our local award winning wineries, guided historical tours and theatre shows can be arranged on your behalf
Stay Over Conference Package
Includes all of the above as well as a 2 course Dinner and Bed & Breakfast
We offer a range of activites and dining optins. A food and wine pairing evening with a presentation from one of our local award winning wineries. A courtyard braai or themed buffet evening by our pool or next to a learge open fireplace, can be arranged at an addtional cost. For the health conscious we offer water aerobics in summer and aerobics and Pilates classes in Winter.
